Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro

5.0

4 provisional rating...I think I liked how the movie revealed the central plot point better, however it was a long time ago so I need to rewatch.

The book is good and I loved the writing style. I disliked how the characters behaved but I believe that's the point of the story. The indoctrination and acceptance of their fate.

I need to think about this book more. I may come back and change this review.

Edit.

After a few hours if thinking...I'm upgrading my review to 5 stars.
The book has made me think about friendship, the need to conform and why the characters behave the way they do. It says much about mortality.
