This book was different than the first one in the way you read it.  But it was still absolutely amazing!!!   I love that it was dual POV - I truly love when an author allows us to dive into the mind of both MCs.   The story reminded me of a blend between ACOMAF & ACOWAR in the challenges that our FMC & MMC face throughout the book.   There is tension, a slow slow burn, challenges galore - like you think it’s over and boom another problem.   And Rhain and Oraya are some of my favorites.   I did enjoy this book and the overall duology.   I am sad to see their story end but am excited to keep reading about the other kingdoms stories.  4.5⭐️.
