I really liked this book. I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never read any books by this author. The book takes us through the progression of Talia's life. I don't want to go give too much away but there were moments of extreme sadness and there were moments of happiness and disappointments. It was a roller coaster ride -all the makings of a good book. I finished this one and promptly started the second one because I couldn't wait to see what happens.
