Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi

This novel started off a bit confusing but it did hook my interest after the first 10 chapters or so and I was always waiting for what comes next.

I honestly enjoyed this SF dystopian tale and I think that it's a bit underrated too. Possibly because it features the "noble savage" trope and some sort of post-apocalyptic world resting on tribes and extra human abilities which does sound a bit incorguent. Nevertheless, the author combines many elements successsfully and there's enough romance tension that makes you want to read more. The characters are highly interesting but they do fall into some sort of clichéd reactions.

I didn't like the way some chapters ended as the cliffhangers didn't make so much sense to me. Also, there were some very quick transitions among scenes and that's why some plot points or character backstorie weren't addressed enough.

The audiobook experience on Scribd was pleasant and I will move on with the audiobooks as I'm looking forward to read the next part of the story!
