Three reluctant stars.
I wanted to love this book, I really did. The rest of the series has been so damn good and the build up from book to book has been amazing. But this one...*sigh*...it just didn't do it for me. It felt hurried and unfinished, which is ironic given the length of time it took to be published. I guess there's always one weak book in a series and it seems Burned is it. I hope KMM comes back in all her glory with the next instalment but until then, Burned will likely be left off of my re-read list.
