I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this volume and how much more invested I felt after reading it. The way that Kokoro and Amami's relationship and feelings about their circumstances developed during this volume was the best part. Amami's feelings are especially relatable, and I like her as a protagonist. I feel like it's doing a much better job at both providing us interesting glimpses into the lives of other couples while also making sure it is moving Kokoro's story along. The side stories were very cute and I wish we got to see more from the curry girls' relationship. I think I will be continuing the series.
