This was a cute, sweet story that felt very much like a Hallmark movie. Don’t think too much about the plot and logistics, just go with the vibes. It’s Princess Diaries meets Young Royals and is definitely written for the younger end of the YA demo. 

I love reading YA but this didn’t do it for me. It felt far too simplistic and, for me, the writing just wasn’t there. I doubt I’ll read more of Cale’s books, but I do think teens will like this a lot.
