This one was a letdown for me, unfortunately. I've loved all of Ann Liang's YA romances prior to this one, but this felt a bit like a deviation in style. The three prior books all have a tendency to drop off almost immediately after the love interests get together, which, while some people hate it, I loooove it. In this one, the love interests get together around halfway through the book, there's very little tension, and the end result is pretty unsatisfying (in my opinion). The story outside of the romance is very interesting and held up well, I just thought the romance was a bit half-baked and underserved.
