Summary:
Stanley receives a letter that he must travel to Egypt so that he can find the ancient treasure deep inside the pyramid. Through his many adventures in dark tombs, air adventure, and tricky friends, it is a close call that he might not get out of.
Review:
I would choose to have this book in my classroom. This book is full of adventure, and fun facts about Egypt and that time period. The book encourages taking risks and having courage. I can imagine that boys would love this book and get behind him as a hero. This is a great book for early chapter book readers!
