"A Purpose That Restores Us" by Michele Notaro is a rollercoaster ride of action and emotion. There is so much action and so many nerve-wracking events that it can feel a bit overwhelming, but those parts are tempered by the times the pride is together and living their lives outside of their jobs. They bring new people into their fold as well as gain new allies and discover more villains. Mads and Cos are still growing together. Mads is still discovering how to be ok with being loved and accepted and Cos is still not pushing and letting Mads move at his own pace. It's quite lovely. The very end though? That is everything.

This audiobook has a new narrator, and it took a bit to be comfortable with the change. But, Zachary Zaba did a good job. He is easy to listen to and brings the world and characters to life.

I received a free copy of the audiobook and this is my honest opinion.
