An easy read since I love the show and watched it way before reading.
It's interesting that the first season changed not much at all from this book, so I was never surprised, but I enjoyed some beautiful descriptions.
My problem with the book is Dany. Oh Dany. It's decidedly creepy reading how an old man wrote a 13 year old to start loving her rapist during forced sex. Like wow, he really wrote those scenes and VIVIDLY. DETAILED. Didn't need that. Nope.
Otherwise, a good book with a fascinating plot and a vast amount of great characters.
