Writing style was very off. The spicy scenes were well written but the other scenes seemed thrown together. So much happened in two paragraphs I thought I skipped a page on accident. The writing felt sloppy; the FMC was British but the MMC was using words like “trousers” more frequently. And there were many inconsistency within the same page. The FMC described her skin as pale then three sentences later said she had a light tan. Overall it felt like a rough draft of a book rather than a planned and published one.
