Frankenstein: The Original 1818 Text by D.L. Macdonald, Mary Shelley, Kathleen Scherf

My summary of the book, haha: 😁
This book is the equivalent of wanting a child, but not wanting to put in the effort to actually raise and care for that child (just because it's ugly!? Whaaat.).
No wonder the child turned into a traumatised, vengeful monster!

I loved reading from the monster's POV, but Victor – what a pain in the ass!
It was a good book, but I personally didn't love it, and I didn't get that much out of reading it. Might have been the headspace I was in. Dunno.
I'm glad to have read it though, and I'm very much looking forward to watching a few film adaptions.
