The story started off a bit slow for me, I couldn't feel anything as I glance through each pages, but I kept going because I wanted to see it till the end.
I'd thought Josie( the young lady in story) was just acting impulsive, then I realized having to go through so much emotion at such a young.
That's when I finally understood what the book was on about, am glad it all worked out in end for Josie, her stepmom and her siblings.
