Note - I was sent this book to read as part of a paid promotion but all opinions in this review are my own.
~Short Synopsis~
Rose has been raised in a castle, knowing one day she will be queen. Wren has been raised in the wild with the witches, knowing one day she will steal the thrown from her twin sister.
~Review~
I LOVED THIS BOOK!! I was so immersed in the story that I didn't even realise what page number I was on and before I knew it, I'd finished it!
It's got everything you could possibly want from a YA fantasy romcom! Twins swapping places, witches, magic, a kidnapped princess, a corrupt ruler, falling for the wrong person, a silent brooding bodyguard with a wolf companion...I could go on.
It's the perfect mix of character and plot driven narrative with the action starting on page one to get you hooked and lovable characters that are so easy to root for. I absolutely adored Rose and Wren and both of them are wonderful in their own right (although Wren was my personal fave).
Book 1 isn't even out yet but book 2 can't come soon enough!!
