The Woman in the White Kimono
by Ana Johns
I loved the setting and the storyline. It was picked for my bookclub and I didn't realize until I began that it takes place, in part, in Yokohama, where I lived for a bit while my dad was stationed there. I always love a book where I learn something and feel something, and I did both. For some reason I can't yet pinpoint, however, it's not a 5 star for me. I hope the author writes more, as I believe she'll get there.
