Reckless by Elsie Silver
3.75
Theo and Winter are my second favourite couple in this series, after Cade and Willa. The character development that I wanted for Winter happened! She gets rid of her toxic partner, Rob, and gets back in touch with her estranged sister, Summer. It makes her character so much more likeable. It took me a little while to fully feel invested in this story because of my initial apprehensions about Winter, but then once it took off, I really started to enjoy their love story.
”That night we were reckless. But god I’d be reckless with you over and over again if it means ending up here.”
One night between Theo and Winter changes the trajectory of their lives. Some miscommunication over this major event ends up possibly ruining their relationship before it even begins. But Theo is honestly like a ray of sunshine, whilst Winter is more reserved due to hang ups from previous relationships. He is exactly what she needs to be able to open herself up to love again. She doesn’t want to get hurt though, and now things have gotten very serious between the both of them, because they have been Reckless.
