A really fun interlude! Apparently Jordan had more of these planned, and it would have been fun to see more, but this works pretty well as a standalone prequel. The structure was a little wonky overall, and he also seems to have this tendency to wrap the whole book up and like one or two chapters, and I felt like the ending here was a little bit rushed, but it was still fun and engaging an overall satisfying.
