The main character is out of touch, pretentious and stupid. reading her reasoning and logic made me roll my eyes. I feel like this is how people, who didn't like my year of rest and relaxation, felt. Disappointing. I did like how every chapter started with 'i was waiting for ted to come home', but at the same time i was waiting for this to end
