The Looking Glass War by John le Carré
3.0

Le Carré’s disdain and ethical qualms with the British intelligence service is on full display in this novel. While it was a bit slow and often felt bogged down by descriptors, Le Carre’s ability to make me angry sad and confused makes the story worth it. An amazing author and this book did not disappoint,
although it’s characters surely did (which was of course the point)
