3 ⭐️ - I didn’t enjoy this nearly as much as the first book in the series.
MMC, Khai (also with autism, like Stella from the first book) who is not interested in a romantic relationship. His Vietnamese mom brings back a “mail order bride” for him from Vietnam, the FMC Esme. Mom tells him Esme is going to live with him for the summer and if he likes her, they’ll get married in three months (she already put the deposit down on the reception hall).
Super cringe.
