I Found You by Lisa Jewell

3.0

As typical of Lisa Jewell novels, this was a nice escape with a twisty plot that held my attention and interest. Granted, It was a bit of a slow burn in comparison.

There is a cast of oddball characters in this one that have all made quick, rash, and impulsive decisions and mistakes; all in the name of wanting to feel loved and accepted.

Looking at it from that standpoint, the decisions made because they want to feel loved and accepted, it makes some of the more unbelievable aspects (a mother with children letting a disoriented complete stranger into her and her children's lives) a wee bit more understandable.

Each character's story makes you wonder just how things are going to intertwine and unfold. Adding the details of memory loss made this even twistier.

It all unfolds in the end and wasn't wholly predictable.

Overall, an easy and fairly entertaining read.
