My thoughts;

This book was such a comfort read!! I loved penny and she was such a loveable character, as for jesse- at first I I loved him in the start but as I got to read more of the dual timelines.. I kind of maybe hated him in some part of the book- either way at first this read was slow for me.. But I did not give up- and of course it started picking up in the middle and I started binging it. This book showed the effects of toxic, and a shine bright through friendship, I mean.. We all need a friend like Maddie in our life.

Overall, I really liked this one. I really like reading second-chance romances because it shows the miscommunication, the effects, and how the characters feel in depth.

I could definitely read this again next summer too it made me feel such comfort of how Kristen expressed and described the surroundings of Sunnyhills camp... I mean- I could visualize it all in my head!!
