This book is not an easy read. That being said I'm so glad that I stuck with it all the way to the end. I'm a survivor of similar abuse and it helped me to gain some fresh insight into my own situation. It's well written and she expresses so well the inner turmoil of a survivor. Read with caution if you're easily triggered.
