I'm Just a Person by Tig Notaro
5.0
I was not expecting to cry as much as I did.
I've always enjoyed the little I've seen of Tig's stand up - mostly "No Moleste" - and I knew nothing of what she went through with cancer, other health issues, and the death of her mother until I cracked open this book (in e-book form). Clearly I need to go find a recording of "Live" and listen to it.
I genuinely loved this book, and I appreciate Tig more for it.
It was refreshingly humble, funny, and just overall enjoyable.
