I read this as a book club pick - I really enjoyed the concepts. I felt the "unexplained" was justifiable with the "naturals" outlook. Unfortunately, I think I would have enjoyed this book much more as a Teen than I do now. Because of that, I rated it a little higher than I otherwise would. It was medium paced with some twists. I enjoyed the characters and their development. It was well written and easy to read. I will be continuing this series.
