Charlie All Night by Jennifer Crusie

More like 3 1/2 stars. This was surprisingly enjoyable, considering it was old and quite short, neither of which I realized when I put it on hold at the library, and both of which (or at least the short part) probably would have stopped me from bothering to read it. But it was quite fun, and only felt dated (I think it was written in the late '90s) in a few places. And I liked that it was set at a radio station. Could have been a great contemporary romance if it had been longer.
