I really liked the premise of the story but something about their relationship felt a little rushed and underdeveloped. Considering it was a BDSM one, I think a lot more conversation and easing into it would have been totally necessary especially considering they were both suffering from PTSD,and she was grieving, had anxiety and panic attacks. Her mind space wasn't ready for that kind of relationship and I think he should have worked a little harder to make her comfortable and ease her into all that.
But what do I know? Lol. 

Also why was she and Miles targeted? What happened there?? I had almost forgotten that this all happened. We should have gotten more information on all of it leading to the two main characters meeting. 

I'm hoping I get to read the rest of the books in this series soon.
