This is why readers like me should check for trigger warnings before going into a book I guess.
Tigger Warnings: Cancer and loss of a loved one to it
No matter how highly recommended this book was, or probably how different or well written it was, I couldnt bring myself to think highly of the story because of the subject it touches upon. Cancer is a terrible thing to happen to anyone and its too close to heart right now, to even think or talk or read about it with an open mind. Much less a love story about people coming together because of it.
I cant review it and the low rating is just because it triggered too many awful memories, more than anything else.
