Overall, I really enjoyed Leave Me Behind. This was such a vibes read for me and exactly what I needed cos I wasn’t feeling the book that I started a few days prior to this one. I loved that it was so action packed. Bones and Bunny are both super unhinged but I was here for every second.
Hatred and desire aren’t so different. Both are an obsessive, all-consuming emotion. It’s a thin line to walk on.
Was this perfect? No. The last few chapters could’ve been better explained (I was pretty good but reading reviews, some ppl didn’t seem to get it so maybe more details were needed) and the very last chapter seemed a little out of character so I’m knocking a quarter star for that.
