Everlost by Neal Shusterman

4.0

This was an interesting book. Like all of Neal Shusterman's books, it is excellently crafted, with a great deal of grey area between "good" and "bad". It weaves a very unique story, with this place in between life and death, and the characters that you find there all have some twisted morals. Some are good and think they’re bad, others are bad but think they’re good, and no one is really one or the other completely. The plot moves fairly quickly and the characters are interesting. It was a good read, if more of a middle grade level. It doesn’t quite compare to some of Neal's other books, but it was still enjoyable.
