Wow.  Just wow.
This series has been on my TBR for the longestttt time.  I just never turned to It as I do typically go for dark romance but I can safely say I have entered my small town, cowboy romance era.
Rhett and Summers story is truly beautiful and I'll admit I did cry, more than once.  It's been a tough week okay, don't judge lol.
I'm not sure why it took me so long to read these because I mean, cowboys and bull riding?  Sign me tf up.

I absolutely love both the characters but equally I love the rest of the family too, plus Willa is a fvcking icon and quite frankly I need her as my best friend.
There's something so satisfying about reading a book where the main characters have no idea what they're doing with their lives, but knowing they're doing it with the right person, working life out together.

Oddly enough even though this book contained a third act breakup which I usually hate, I actually loved this one.  The way everything fell together in the end, magical.  Right from the beginning I knew Rhett was a softy at heart who just needed someone to understand him and appreciate him for who he was and sure enough he lived up to my expectations.
“Having you think I’m out fucking everything that moves when I’ve looked at nothing and no one since the first day I laid eyes on you.  I stepped into that godforsaken boardroom, and you practically demanded I become obsessed with you.” Loved this line from Rhett, so jokey but serious at the same time with so many unspoken words beneath it.

Elsie Silver has an incredible writing style, it's easy to read but it's not boring and still high quality writing, while still being playful and reflecting the characters personalities beautifully.

Well... I fear I understand 'save a horse and ride a cowboy' now… look I'm not complaining. I thought Flawless would be chalked full of sweet nothings and delicate coddling but RHETT YOU FILTHY FVCKER! There was far more spice than I thought there would be and damn it was good.  Give me a week maximum and I'll probably have read the whole series.  I am obsessed.  10/10.  Please for the love god read these books.
