Strengthsfinder 2.0 by Tom Rath
3.0

I have not read this whole book, but I can't imagine having any reason to do so. This book comes with an online test and after you receive your results you can read about your five strengths in the book. There are 34 areas that you can receive as strengths. Except for my friend who is picking his based on reading them rather than from the test, I think most people just read their own strengths.

I took this several years ago as a work project and my strengths this time were slightly different. The one consistent area is input which I know is something that runs my life. I always want more data, more information, more to think about. So from my perspective the test seems accurate.

I am not sure that I can recommend this book to any particular group of people. I suspect most people read this because of work or because they are evaluating their present job. I did the test as part of my vocation study group.
