my toxic trait is coming back to books I read an entire year ago to do the review, knowing I don't completely remember the book in full detail. So take that into consideration. HOWEVER. This is one of my favorite Mariana Zapata books ever. We know she is the slow burn QUEEN, and from what I remember, this book doesn't have any spice until the end. Ms. Zapata really out did herself with that build up, but it was just SO GOOD. This is a HUGEEEE slow burn though like i legit can not express this enough, so if slow burn is not your jam just keep on moving. But I absolutely love Ms. Zapatas books wholeheartedly, so im also a little bias in that regard.
