Forget Me Not by Alyson Derrick

4.0

Finally finished a proper book while suffering an awful book slump!

Forget Me Not holds the most raw and endearing journey on becoming free to love, achieving resolutions, and to simply be. The author sustained satisfying authenticity of two young women rightful to live and cherish their love for each other. The familiar conflicts surrounding LGBTQIA+ love stories such as parent issues, the dilemma with religious beliefs, and wrong circle of friends, enabled the story truly communicative to the readers. The resolved confrontations were really, really satisfying especially when you are rooting for pure, genuine love.

A sort-of swift and easy-to-remember read, this one deserves 4/5 stars.
