Did not finish book.

Baker is a horrible person. You absolutely cannot excuse the horrible way she treats Hanna (and Clay) by saying she’s experiencing difficulty navigating her sexuality and religion. She is insufferable, and I couldn’t tolerate hearing her treating people like shit anymore. There is only angst and it plays into the common theme of sapphic tragedy.
