This one was a quick read. I’m going to be honest— I had high hopes for this one but was a little over halfway through before I had any idea what was going on. And even then, it felt like it needed about 300 more pages to really fill out the world and character building. I was really disappointed. The writing wasn’t bad… but the concept really could have been executed well by someone else. Or, like I said, about 300 more pages. I didn’t even really like the characters that much.
