I had a fun time with this one. I do really like how Katee Robert writes her characters, they feel very real (especially her protagonists). I read this without having read any Wicked Villains (though I’d like to change that soon!) and it was enjoyable still.
I just don’t think the couple was my favorite. I found trying to guess Wolf’s identity a bit fun (even though the twist is probably obvious in hindsight😅) but I felt like I couldn’t connect with their relationship that well.
Regardless, it’s a fun, shut your brain off, kind of read and I will be continuing with the series :)
