I am a changed woman. I apologize to everyone I'll ever speak to in the future because I will be so annoying about this book. you have to read it.
I genuinely will recommend it to everyone I know, I'm not joking. I don't care about your gender, I don't care if you're 16 or 60, I don't care if you're straight, gay or whatever. I DON'T CARE about anything. you will be hearing about this book. (check the trigger warnings tho pls). and I'll be buying a bunch of copies to everyone I know.
if I was president, I'd do the opposite of a book-ban, I'd do a book-must, and this would be one of the must-reads.
I don't think I've ever cried this much reading a book. I actually had to get up and go to the bathroom TWICE because I had to wash my eyes because I couldn't even SEE properly 😠and (tmi sorry) I had a LOT of snot on my nose LMAO ðŸ˜
this book caused me so much pain, I loved it SO much.
idk how many more books I can fit on my number one spot (because yes there are multiple) but this one is there. zero hesitation. IT IS THERE.
these characters were all so REAL. so flawed, so beautifully written. I loved every single one of them (except some of the husbands, especially Don Adler, fuck him).
Evelyn, Celia and Harry have my heart (and some of the others too) 💚
when I tell you that even the things I found unrealistic about this book, became so minimal that I didn't even care... I just.... I loved every single thing about this book. it made me feel everything I could possibly feel while reading.
thank you Taylor Jenkins Reid for this. THANK YOU. I will now be reading all of your books.
