I’m really torn about this book, I was ready for it to be the first book that I added to my DNF pile (I simply cannot finish a book so that should tell you a lot).
However, there was something about the book that wouldn’t let me give up (& probably my own pig headedness).
If I’m being honest, I find it a bit crude. Some of the language that is used just makes me cringe and as someone from Glasgow I didn’t find it as relatable as I think it was intended.
All in all - it was ok.
