I'm rating this book 4.25 stars, all because it left me on a cliff hanger, cannot wait for book 2!!! I have never read a dystopian-fantasy before, and because of this book, I'll have to read more of it.
Slit Throat Saga from page one is hard to put down (but all I get is 30 minutes a day to read). You have so many emotions while reading it. Teshelle Combs has a brilliant mind, to come up with a story like this. The world building was amazing. The characters, all of them are unique in their own ways, I of course love Nexus (FMC), but her partner, Monny love him to pieces. All her characters are diverse with strengths, flaws, personalities, etc... It is action packed, twists and turns, it's definitely a page turner.
There is a love story that is brewing, but it's forbidden! Who doesn't love a story like that?
