Lulu's Café by T.I. Lowe
4.0

I have officially finished Lulu’s Café by T.I. Lowe and y’all this one tugged me every which way, it had me feeling so many things.

Lowe has this gift for spinning out scenarios that break your heart one chapter, then gently stitch it back together the next, leaving you growing right alongside the characters. I loved the way she wove that bleak, stale heaviness into moments of bright, vibrant life. It’s such a natural flow that you hardly notice the shift until you’re already swept up in it. 🌻

The dialogue felt authentic, the connections between characters had depth, and the found family aspect? Whew, my favorite part. Those bonds were everything. And let me just shout out the women supporting women energy in this book was strong, beautiful, and exactly the type of vibe I want more of in my reads.
