I love the author of this book and the work she does with body language and human behavior! This is the second time I’ve read the book and I enjoyed it as much this time as I did the first time I read it. The only thing I would caution is the book references the 5 love languages. The author of the 5 love languages is known to be homophobic and misogynistic which is reflected in this book. The love languages have been weaponized against people, particularly women, to coerce sex and household labor without assistance. Not only that but this theory doesn’t have any scientific evidence to back it up and the research that has been done is, at best, inconclusive. So if you read this book keep that in mind.
