Lex has been in love with her best friend's brother, West for as long as she can remember. She thinks he has never seen her as anything more.
Recently, she has been receiving threatening messages on her social media. At first, she thought nothing of it, but they seem to be increasing–in number as well as the threat level.
That's where West enters her life again. He is in private security and gets involved after his sister reaches out to him about what has been happening to Lex.
While working on the case, he has to stay close to Lex and can't deny what he has been trying to do for years.
Their closeness only enrages the stalker more.
Lex is sweet. She lives for music and enjoys posting her singing and playing the guitar on social media.
West comes across as tough due to his career in the military and his stature yet has a kindness to him that comes out when he talks to his sister and Lex.
I enjoyed seeing their romance play out despite the seriousness of the situation that finally brings them together. It was a good introduction to upcoming characters in the Lost & Found series.
