The Call of the Wild and Free: Reclaiming Wonder in Your Child's Education by Ainsley Arment

3.0

This book did exactly what I needed it to, which is give me some gentle reassurance that I am doing a good thing and that I am super capable. Like with any parenting/child education etc. book there was stuff I disagreed with and ignored, but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t anti-screens as so many of these kind of books are.

Truly the worst part of this book is the overuse of the word “mama” and the language about finding your “tribe”. I rolled my eyes a lot but at the end of the day I really appreciated the overall message.
