Shopaholic & Baby by Sophie Kinsella

4 stars
I always gave 5 stars for all the books from these series, but this time I just can`t. I don't know what has changed, it was a light read, but the main character have become even more shallow, materialistic and dumb. To my mind, this book teaches young girls to go shopping, spend all the money, be in debt and do not think about consequences. Ofcourse, I get it, that all the shopping is in this book because of the main character Becky and the book's title, but, in my opinion, in this book all the problem with shopping and money was not nessesary. I have read this book in less than two days, but it was just because I didn't have what else to do and I wanted to start another book. Maybe it is not the book's fault? Maybe its just me? However, I would be giving this book 3 stars, but just for the old times it is going to be 4.

I can't say that the plot wasn't good, but it was pretty predictable. On the other hand, I enjoyed that part about preparations for the baby shower. It was hilarious. Hahh

By the way, I would really love to find those T-shirts with the phrase: "she`s a red-head bitch and I hate her"! Hhahah.
