This book was so so good. The last 60 pages is insanity. It has been so long since I read an intense book where I no longer can focus on anything around me and I realize that I'm holding my breath half the time. And when I am finally present, every sound scares me. While I love books so much and they make me feel so many things, they don't necessarily invoke intense emotion but this one did. So much. I have a feeling that the movie has a different ending based on people's reactions and semi spoilers that I have seen on social media. I can't wait to watch it.
