I absolutely adore this series. I will miss it a ton.

Veera and Deepak were so cute. I’m always sat for the “she fell first, he fell harder” trope. As much as I love the friends to lovers trope as well, I think this book would’ve been cuter if they didn’t have that history. Then they could’ve played with the marriage of convenience benefitting both of them before eventually falling for each other. HOWEVER, I still like how Veera and Deepak still had things to figure out both personally and professionally for them.

Deepak also constantly correcting that he’s her “real husband?” Absolute best. Men should take notes.
