Holy crap. This had me a full-blown TEARS from start to finish. It resonated with me in a way that I can’t describe and all that did was make it so much sadder and more hopeful at the same time. Oh my God, I cannot recommend this enough. If you struggle with any kind of mental health disorder, this book will speak to you and it might even help you through it.
