I don’t know but there’s just something about how Jasmine Guillory writes, I love every word, character, and storyline. These lighthearted connected-but-not-a-series romances are everything! I’m sure that has a word but I can’t think of it right now 😂 I especially love the previous book characters being included into the story. So sweet! I enjoyed the relationship as it was building and the portrayal of both main characters, they actually feel like real people. The conflict towards the end was somehow unexpected and expected at the same time... It makes sense in my mind so I hope you know what I mean too 🙃 Also, there were some steamy spicy scenes but it wasn’t too descriptive. I will say, I enjoyed The Wedding Date more but overall this was a cute read!
